Tally's interest in rehabilitative therapies led her to the field of massage. Molly Schultz, LMT
A native Oregonian and bicycle enthusiast, Molly has been happy to call Portland her home since 1998. She graduated from the University of Portland in 2002 with a BS in Sociology. After working within the bike community, Molly found her way to East West College of the Healing Arts and began her career as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Molly's
background in bicycling has given her a greater understanding of how the body moves, and the positions in which we hold ourselves. Repetitive motions and actions from our every day activities cause wear and tear on the body, and this daily stress can manifest itself in both physical and mental ways. Massage Therapy is a key element in managing this stress and reducing chronic pain and tension. Molly's education at East West College included training in Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial release, and Deep Tissue techniques. She uses a combination of these modalities, along with Swedish massage to create unique treatment plans for each client based on their individual needs. The human body is capable of transformative healing, and Molly's work promotes this natural process by fostering a reconnection of the body, mind and spirit.
Alexi Hedlund, LMT
Alexi's interest in anatomy and how the body works, combined with an integrative, caring approach to massage leads each patient on a focused course to recovery. She believes that not only through receiving massage itself, but educating and providing patients with sufficient self care tools will assist each individual through their process and broaden their body awareness. After graduating from East West College of the Healing Arts she immediately started helping patients also receiving chiropractic care, treating everything from car accident injuries to migraines. She has provided sports massage at bike races and her experience using massage to ease the day-to-day challenges for hospice patients solidifies the compassion that is at the center of everything she does. Alexi specializes in Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and Thai massage. She combines these disciplines with Muscle Energy Techniques to deliver a thorough healing experience that her patients can take with them after their session. In order to keep a balanced lifestyle, Alexi enjoys practicing yoga and pilates, finds inspiration in nature, and loves listening, playing, and dancing to music.

Hannah Hulett, LMT
Hannah is originally from Hood River Oregon. She has enjoyed living in Portland since 2009. She attended East West College of the Healing Arts where she specialized in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release; she also had some focus on Trigger Point Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy, which she is eager to continue learning. Hannah became a massage therapist because she always felt at her best while helping others, and enjoyed the idea of supporting their journey to health and wellness. She finds great joy in learning and developing her understanding of the human body. Hannah’s touch is therapeutic, but always holds a strong intention of relaxation, as she believes helping the client to ease into a parasympathetic nervous system is key to releasing stress and tension. Hannah is committed to bringing her clients the care they need whether it’s treating chronic pain, headaches, motor vehicle accidents, stress, or simply helping clients to feel more present in their own bodies. She enjoys bringing clients to a comfortable state of body, mind, and spirit equilibrium. Outside of massage Hannah appreciates the beautiful scenery of the North West, and loves getting creative in the kitchen, as she is a true Portland foodie.
